Acceptance
These terms govern the use of Maaia’s products (the "Service"), operated by Maaia. By creating an account, accessing the demo, or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
The Service
Maaia provides AI-native apps (starting with Maaia Workspace: mail, chat, tasks, calendar, notes, projects, files, directory, CRM, and the Maaia assistant). We may improve, change, or discontinue features; for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for illegal activity, to send spam or unsolicited email, to compromise others’ security or privacy, or to upload content you have no right to share. Always honor your recipients’ unsubscribe requests.
Your content
Content you upload or send is yours. You grant us the technical permission needed to store, process, and display it in order to provide the Service. We claim no ownership of your content.
AI assistant
Maaia generates responses and suggestions automatically and may make mistakes. Review important information before acting on it. Maaia never sends emails or performs external actions without your confirmation.
Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maaia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Nothing here limits liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without prejudice to any rights granted to you as a consumer.
